processing times for various petitions are posted on the USCIS
website. The website shows the type of petition and what petitions are being processed by their receipt date. For an example of the website processing times, see the screen capture made 4/2/07 here. It indicates that the California Service Center was processing I-130 Spouse petitions on 4/2/07 that they had received on Sept. 13, 2007. They received my petition for my wife Feb. 16, 2007. Projected date that our petition will be processed at the California Service Center, August 16, 2007. |
